The goal was to provide seamless connectivity across various meeting spaces while maintaining a clean, professional aesthetic.
The project—completed in collaboration with Mitech Solutions—focused on optimizing the audiovisual environment in the boardroom, meeting room, and presentation space. Additionally, we provided a complete background music system for the open-plan office area and cafeteria, creating a workplace that is not only functional but also immersive and enjoyable.
Boardroom and Presentation Areas Designed for IoT.NXT Collaboration
When designing audiovisual systems for a company like IoT.NXT, the standard requirements simply won’t do. The boardroom and presentation areas needed to support high-end video conferencing, screen sharing, and real-time collaboration with clients and remote teams across multiple branches.
To achieve this, we installed large format display screens capable of supporting HD and 4K content, allowing presentations to be delivered with absolute clarity. The conferencing system includes cameras with intelligent tracking features, crystal-clear microphones, and high-fidelity speakers. These tools ensure that every meeting—whether in person or virtual—runs smoothly and professionally.
Cabling was a key consideration throughout this phase of the project. Instead of leaving exposed wires or disrupting the interior design with surface-mounted equipment, all cabling was concealed within walls, ceilings, and even under the floors.
This meticulous approach allows for convenient access points right at the table or wall panels, while preserving the room’s minimalist look and feel.

Enhancing Office Ambience with Audio at IoT.NXT
Beyond the meeting and presentation spaces, the rest of the IoT.NXT facility needed the same attention to audio design, albeit with a different purpose. To foster a welcoming, energetic atmosphere, we installed a distributed background music system in the open-plan workspace and cafeteria.
Carefully selected ceiling-mounted speakers were discreetly placed to ensure balanced coverage across large areas. The system provides background music throughout the day, enhancing mood, improving productivity, and creating a consistent auditory experience from one space to the next.
This setup also includes zoning capabilities, so music levels can be adjusted independently for different areas—allowing, for example, a more relaxed volume in the cafeteria and a subtle ambient sound in work zones.
