This project focused on the CEO’s private office and formed part of a broader initiative that included the integration of advanced video conferencing systems in both the CEO’s boardroom and the company’s main boardroom.
Executed on behalf of Oryx IT Solutions, the installation was designed with a specific emphasis on usability, discretion, and visual harmony with the sleek executive office aesthetic. The result is a functional, future-proof setup that supports high-level meetings, hybrid communication, and visual presentations without sacrificing design or elegance.
Versatile Display Configuration at Abbot CEO’s Desk
One of the standout features of the Abbot CEO’s office installation is the carefully designed monitor setup, which incorporates a high-resolution display mounted on a swivel bracket. This allows the screen to rotate effortlessly between the CEO’s desk and the nearby meeting table, making it an incredibly versatile tool for both solo work and group collaboration.
Clean Design and Minimal Cable Visibility: A Signature of The Abbot Project
Clean, uninterrupted lines were a central design principle for this installation, perfectly in line with Abbot’s corporate design language. In executive environments, particularly in a CEO’s office, aesthetics matter just as much as function. Cables and equipment should enhance the space—not dominate it.
To achieve this, we carefully planned the cable paths in advance, working in collaboration with interior designers and facilities staff.
The result is a space where no unnecessary cables are visible, and all AV components are either integrated into furniture or tucked away within the walls and ceiling. The visual experience remains uninterrupted, giving the office a polished and uncluttered appearance.
Despite the minimal visibility, the system does not compromise on performance. All necessary connections—including data, audio, video, and power—are readily available at both the desk and the meeting area via concealed access points. This kind of design-centric engineering ensures the system remains intuitive and professional, ideal for an executive who may need to switch between work modes quickly.
