Universal Music

When Universal Music set up its facility in Rosebank in South Africa, I was contacted by Kevin Manas from Hi-Tech Audio to do the cabling.  The technical direction was done from the UK so there was lots of communication between Johannesburg and London regarding connectors, cable and even the patch bays to be used.  Finally, London was happy, and the work could begin.

We were able to provide seamless connectivity between all devices, via the patch bays.  this includes two sets of lines from the live room.  In this instance, we even ran some lines from the foyer in order to record the grand piano standing there.

When Universal Music moved their studio to another facility, the drawings that we compiled came in very handy for the recommissioning of the gear at the new studio.
